Job description
• Key Responsibilities
• Understand hiring requirements by working closely with hiring managers.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency).
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Basic knowledge of interviewing techniques and recruitment processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with ATS tools is a plus.
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other creative methods.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure timely communication and a positive experience for all candidates.
• Update and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate details.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure smooth joining formalities.
• Support the HR team with ad-hoc recruitment and administrative tasks as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
