Job description
Our client is looking to recruit a temporary HR Systems Administrator to start at the beginning of August. This role would suit someone with previous HR Admnistration experience, and ideally having worked for an larger HR system. This role is full time, with hybrid working.
Duties include;
• Deliver system training and create user guides, manuals, and internal documentation for end-users, used for new starters, line managers, employees, People teams, Finance teams
• Video
• Drop in sessions
• Visual guides
• Written guides
• Maintain and troubleshoot HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and ongoing usability for all users.
• Help to maintain and improve internal templates, working with each business to establish templates from offer through to leaver letters on the system
• Work with the Finance and HRIS Systems Specialist and across the group of company’s to create business process maps for each aspect of the employee lifecycle
• Manage the upload of old HR files into the new HRIS in a methodical and managed way
• Support the Finance and HRIS Systems Specialist in embedding the new HRIS system across the group
