HR Support Specialist

About the Role

The Assistant HR Manager will support the HR department in various functions, playing a vital role in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
• Assists in recruitment and selection processes by reviewing job descriptions, interviewing candidates, and recommending top candidates to hiring managers.

Key Accountabilities

Supports employee onboarding and training programs by designing induction programs, creating training materials, and facilitating workshops.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.

Employee Engagement

Assists in performance management processes by monitoring employee performance, providing feedback, and developing action plans.
• Contributes to employee engagement initiatives by planning social events, creating communications, and promoting a positive work culture.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.

Essential Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building strong relationships with employees at all levels.

Technical Proficiency
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Desirable Qualifications
• Experience with HR software and databases would be beneficial in streamlining administrative tasks and improving operational efficiency.
