Your Responsibilities
"
• Support talent acquisition across multiple functions (Tech, Sales, Operations, etc.)"
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate pipelines"
• Manage job postings on internal and external platforms"
• Assist in coordinating recruitment campaigns, campus drives, and onboarding activities"
• Maintain recruitment reports and HR dashboards"
• Support background verification and documentation processes"
• Contribute to HR projects including employee engagement and internal communication initiatives"

Requirements
"
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field"
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition"
• Working knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)"
• Strong verbal and written communication skills"
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities"
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR function"
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment"
• Exposure to volume recruitment is a plus"
