Responsibilities of candidates include:

Hiring candidates
Ensuring business needs for hiring are met
Must have experience and knowledge in hiring at entry level.
• Must have knowledge about the sourcing techniques and different job Portals.
• Candidates who have proven work experience in HR industry will get the hike on the last CTC as per the market standards*
• Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
• Lucrative Incentives and quarterly appraisel/Increment policy.

We are hiring 0 - 5 yrs experienced Graduates or Postgraduates who want to excel in Human Resources - Recruitments Domain.
This is a HR Executive Role - Recruitments { Job Placement / Talent Acquisition / Selection Process }
This is not a sales job. It is completely operations profile.
We work for large Multi National Companies based out of Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad helping people with Middle and Senior Level Jobs ( We do not Charge Candidates for any service ).
We do not support BPO and Front Line Insurance hiring.
Neither do we charge any kind of Fees from the candidates.

Appraisal Structure: Quarterly

Salary Structure:
Rs. 13,000/- FOR FRESHERS and hike for exp candidates as per the industry norms.

Location m- Palam, Dwarka, New Delhi.
