Roles Responsibilities:
• Utilize various sourcing methods (job portals, social media, networking, referrals, etc.) to attract candidates for Digital Marketing positions.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and metrics.
• Coordinate in employee engagement activities.
• Salary negotiation Onboarding.
• Target - Minimum 5 hires per month.
Skills Specifications:
• Bachelor's degree with prior experience in HR (Preferred)
• Must have knowledge of Digital Marketing Positions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel).
• Demonstrated a strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
