Key Responsibilities

End-to-end Non-IT recruitment
Sourcing via portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Screening and scheduling interviews
Coordinating with hiring managers
Handling offers and follow-ups
Requirements

1–4 years of Non-IT recruitment experience
Good communication sourcing skills
Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines
Familiarity with recruitment tools preferred
