JD:-
Working with the placement officers across various institutes in the country for various campus drives.
Gather Market Intelligence across institutes.
Coordinating with placement officers for a smooth hiring process.
Co-ordinate & manage hiring from undergraduate and post graduate campuses.
Running campus events across locations - end to end virtually
Manage overall recruiting process and logistics for all campus events
Coordinating with panels for interviews
Oversee logistics for events across all campuses- planning, organizing and conducting interviews
Manage day to day queries on recruiting, hiring, referrals and candidate queries
Manage recruiting database & records of recruiting activity
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on enhancing candidate experience.
• Knowledge of Workday or similar HR software is highly desirable.
• Strong experience in managing data and using recruitment tools like Hirepro.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• 1-2 years of experience in campus recruitment or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of managing large-scale recruitment operations.
