We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR and Operations Executive with 1-3 years hands on experience to support our human resources and daily operational functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR activities, ensuring smooth business operations, and contributing to an efficient and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment

· Manage the full recruitment cycle (job postings, screening, interviews)

· Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles

· Post jobs on various platforms and actively source candidates

· Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment dashboards

Human Resource Management

· Oversee onboarding and employment formalities

· Maintain employee records and update employee files

· Handle employee queries and grievances

· Support internal audits and compliance with company policies

· Assist in organizing events, trainings and team-building activities

Qualifications Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
1–3 years of experience in HR and/or operations role
Strong understanding in HR practices, policies and labour laws
Proficient in MS office and HR Tools
Excellent verbal and written communication
