We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our Compensation Benefits, HR Operations, and Statutory Compliance functions. Reporting to the CHRO and Head - Talent Management, the incumbent will be responsible for:
- Leading CB strategy including annual compensation review, benchmarking, budgeting, and incentive planning.
- Ensuring timely, accurate payroll processing for 650+ employees and managing F\F, ESOP administration, and compliance with all statutory obligations.
- Managing HR operations and HRMS modules related to payroll and compensation.
- Acting as SME for compensation frameworks and advising business leaders and HRBPs.
- Ensuring 100% compliance with labor laws, audits, and statutory filings.
