• Assess employee development needs, make recommendations and implement appropriate solutions
• Design and deploy strategies for controlling attrition through tactical and innovative thinking
• Drive organization resource planning, benchmarks, budgets, productivity, optimization and talent needs
• Design and deliver innovative communication, engagement and recognition processes
• Partner with business leaders and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce
• Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend and implement systemic improvements
• Partner with the business to lead both mid-year and annual review processes which focus on performance management and talent development
