Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager, or similar role in IT/Software Industry
MBA in Human Resources or Graduate in relevant field
Proven experience with IT hiring and HR role
Demonstrable leadership abilities
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of Business Development (Online bidding) will be a huge plus
Roles and Responsibilities
Design and update job descriptions.
Source potential candidates from various online channels. (e.g. Social Media, Facebook, Linkedin, Indeed, Naukri.com, personal contact).
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, Reviewing, shortlisting resumes and applications.
Interview candidates via phone and face to face and Coordinate with the tech lead/manager/CEO as required
Onboarding, Entry and exit formalities, documentation, employee verification, Training, and development of new or existing employees
Recruitment, Induction, Performance appraisal, Employee Benefit.
Attendance and leave management
Take care of Appointment, experience, relieving, promotion increment letters / all formal letters.
Preparation of HR reports Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Maintaining all HR databases.
Provide help to the employee Attendance, Leave, Compliance, etc.
Design Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
