Position Overview:

The HR Intern at Datamark, Inc. will support the Human Resources department in various administrative and operational tasks. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administration. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and a team player.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings and screening resumes.
Help coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and onboarding activities.
Maintain employee records and update the HR database as necessary.
Support HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
Assist in compiling and analyzing HR metrics and reports.
Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Perform administrative tasks to support the HR department as needed.
Requirements

Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Previous internship or relevant coursework in HR is a plus but not required.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Other Qualifications: Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively within a team environment.
