HR Executive

Elite Elevators is seeking a skilled HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment, retention, and development of our staff. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that our hiring processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and has a track record of success in supporting HR functions. Roles And Responsibilities
• Handling Payroll related queries of the employees.
• Preparation of Monthly Increment due list.
• Maintaining records of P.F E.S.I.
• Preparing Full Final Settlement (FF)
• Process overtime earnings or holiday deductions
• The role responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll
• Ensuring timelines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance
• Verification Reconciliation of monthly payroll

Skills:
• Strong Knowledge of Payroll/Salary Processing
• Strong Knowledge of TDS, PF, ESIC.
• Proven working experience as Payroll Executive
• People oriented and results driven
• Must be good in excel.
