Role Responsibilities:
• Generating new sales lead Generation to opportunity Creation to closure to Generate Profitable Revenue from Net New / Up-sell, Cross- Sell renewal activities
• Achieve Sales targets on Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Basis
• Participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand business in the assigned Geography/ Vertical/ Industry, along with growth through Account expansion
• Work with cross-functional teams/solutions/purchase/marketing for new business opportunities
• Collect invoices/ payments on time meeting with Clients
• 70% Travel preferred candidate profile Need
• Experienced Candidate who comes from IT Industries, Non-it sales or IT channels/alliances traction will not be accepted.
• 1-10 years exp in direct IT product or services sales, IT Sales.
• Proven track record of delivering sales pipeline at large enterprise accounts through leading outbound prospecting teams.
• Must have experience in selling cloud services.
• Good to have experience in selling IT services responsible for creating and iterating the sales development process, methodology, campaigns, hiring profiles, training and enablement.
• Leadership Skills: proven record of being a team player, speaking binary [precise, concise choice of words] and work in uncertain business environment. Leadership is a behavior and not a formal role in this JD.
• Represent the core values of our Company and imbibe the same in daily behavior.
• Possess the technical ability to explain (not implement) Cloud Computing, VPS, Baremetal Servers, infrastructure solutions (server, Storage, DC Services) Internet architectures (firewalls, load balancers, etc)
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Business communication is vital and we cannot conduct training on this.
• Accurate, nuanced, direct, and kind messaging.
