Position: HR Executive
Location: Thiruvottiyur,Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Assist in the recruitment process, from posting job openings to coordinating interviews.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and participate in interview panels.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Employee Records and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Process employee changes, including promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Benefits Administration:
• Support employees with benefits enrollment and address benefit-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with external providers to ensure efficient benefits administration.
• Training and Development:
• Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
• Track employee training progress and provide support for development initiatives.
• Employee Relations:
• Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
• Policy Implementation:
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Performance Management:
• Support the performance management process, including goal-setting, appraisals, and feedback.
• HR Metrics and Reporting:
• Generate and analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Prepare regular reports for management on HR-related activities.
• Coordination with Departments:
• Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and challenges.
• Ensure HR processes align with organizational goals.
• Compliance:
• Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations.
• Ensure HR practices are in compliance with legal requirements.
• Event Planning:
• Organize and coordinate employee events, meetings, and celebrations.
• Administrative Support:
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
• Contribute to special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
• Must Work in Lift Industry
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in HR or a related role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.
