Job Summary:

As an HR Recruiter at Brickfolio Solutions, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the growing manpower needs of the company. You will play a pivotal role in building a strong workforce that aligns with our company's goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job specifications, and workforce planning.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across sales, marketing, operations, and support functions.
Source candidates using various platforms such as job portals, social media, referrals, and campus recruitment.
Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires in coordination with the HR and Operations teams.
Build a strong talent pipeline and maintain a network of potential future hires.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor hiring practices, especially within the real estate domain.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
