Job Role / Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment Onboarding: Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews. Support in preparing offer letters and conducting onboarding processes. 2. Employee Records Documentation: Maintain up-to-date employee records in physical and digital formats. Ensure all HR documents (contracts, policies, IDs) are properly filed. 3. Payroll Attendance: Monitor daily attendance and leaves. Coordinate with accounts/payroll team to process salaries and reimbursements. 4. Employee Engagement: Help organize employee welfare activities, team-building events, and surveys. Act as a point of contact for employee queries and feedback. 5. Compliance Policies: Assist in ensuring HR policies comply with labor laws. Help in drafting and communicating HR policies and procedures. 6. Performance Management: Support in performance appraisal documentation and tracking KPIs. Coordinate training and development activities. 7. Exit Formalities: Manage resignation processes, exit interviews, and full-and-final settlements.
