Your Role
- Recruitment Onboarding: Support the hiring process for clinical and non-clinical roles, from posting jobs to onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Address employee queries, grievances, and conflicts with professionalism to foster a supportive workplace.
- Attendance Leave Management: Manage attendance records and leave tracking, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to hospital policies, labour laws, and accreditation standards.
- Training Coordination: Assist in organising training programs and tracking certifications to keep staff updated.
- Employee Engagement: Coordinate initiatives that promote employee morale, engagement, and job satisfaction.
What You Bring
- Experience: 3-5 years in an HR role, ideally within the healthcare or hospital sector.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Skills: Knowledge of HR practices, strong organisational and communication skills, and familiarity with HR software.
