Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive to join our team with a primary focus on end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various departments while ensuring a positive candidate experience and aligning hiring efforts with business goals.

Roles Responsibilities

- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Source candidates using various platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
- Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker regularly and share reports with stakeholders.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions with a high-quality talent pool.
- Create and manage a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Read more
