• Key Responsibilities:
• Understand job requirements from hiring managers or clients in the pharma industry
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), references, and networking
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on job fit, experience, and communication
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Follow up with candidates and clients for feedback
• Maintain candidate database and MIS reports

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
