• Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.).
• Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone/video interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Provide feedback to candidates at every stage of the hiring process.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system .
• Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure smooth joining formalities.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure all recruitment practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
