We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive with 1 year of experience in recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and be capable of managing HR operational tasks, including vendor coordination and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
• Conduct initial HR screening and schedule interviews.
• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers.
HR Operations:
• Assist in employee onboarding and induction processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support daily HR operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Help in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
Vendor Management:
• Coordinate with external vendors (recruitment agencies, training providers, background verification agencies, etc.).
• Track vendor deliverables, maintain SLAs, and ensure timely processing of invoices.
• Assist in evaluating vendor performance and maintaining vendor databases.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with HRMS or ATS software.
• Exposure to employee engagement initiatives.
