Job Title: HR Executive – Hospitality Industry

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 2 years or above (Preferably in the Hospitality Industry)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage and oversee various human resource functions in our hospitality business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and overall HR administration to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Onboarding:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for hotel, restaurant, and hospitality staff.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and industry networks.
• Conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and finalize candidate selections.
• Handle onboarding, induction programs, and documentation of new hires.

2. Employee Relations Engagement:
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
• Address employee grievances and provide conflict resolution support.
• Foster a positive work culture and ensure employee satisfaction.

3. Payroll Attendance Management:
• Oversee attendance, leaves, and payroll processing.
• Ensure accurate salary calculations and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
• Maintain HRIS and update employee records.

4. Performance Management Training:
• Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and assist in setting KPIs.
• Identify training needs and organize skill development programs.
• Monitor employee development and ensure training compliance.

5. Compliance Labor Laws:
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
• Manage statutory submissions (EPF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
• Liaise with government agencies for legal and compliance matters.

6. General HR Administration:
• Maintain employee records, HR documents, and policy manuals.
• Assist in policy development and implementation.
• Manage disciplinary actions and terminations per company policies.

Qualifications Skills:
• Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 2 years in HR, preferably in the hospitality/hotel industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
• Ability to handle multiple HR functions and work in a fast-paced environment.
