HR Business Development Internship

About the internship:
Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in business development activities such as identifying new opportunities and building strategic partnerships

2. Support in managing day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations

3. Assist in process management to streamline operations and improve efficiency

4. Participate in networking events to expand our company's reach and forge valuable connections

5. Help develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent

6. Assist in creating and implementing training programs for employees to enhance their skills and performance

7. Collaborate with the team on various projects to support the overall growth and success of the company

Stipend:
INR ₹ 5,000 - 6,000 /month
