Job Title: HR Associate

Location: Nerul Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process (screening, coordinating interviews and onboarding).
Maintain employee records and handle day-to-day administrative tasks.
Support in organizing employee engagement activities.
Coordinate with various departments for smooth functioning of HR and admin tasks.
Assist in maintaining attendance and leave records.
Support office management tasks, including vendor coordination and office supplies.

Requirements:

A candidate must possess degree in management/commerce or MBA (HR)/MMS/MCOM.
Must possess your own laptop.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English is required.
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to build strong relationships.
Highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of multitasking effectively.
Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to challenges.
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
