Our client, a leading global specialist financial services firm, with a track record of successful investments across multiple jurisdictions, are looking for an HR Associate to join their London based HR team. The firm are a key international investor with an excellent track-record. They are currently growing out the HR team leading to this addition. What the job involves
• Administration of on-boarding, off-boarding and benefits
• Documentation writing such as contracts, offer letters, family leave letters
• Regulatory compliance and certification
• Policy review and documentation
• Immigration and mobility
• HR operating manual and trackers
• Other ad-hoc tasks/projects
Who we are looking for
• HR experience gained within the investment management or wider financial services space
• Proven ownership of the on-boarding and off-boarding
• An agile mindset and comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions
• Knowledge of workday is preferable
