The Trustees are looking to recruit to the post of HR Assistant
Scale 4, NJC Points 7-11
£25,584 - £27,269 per annum
Full Time/Full Year
Commencing as soon as possible


New Bridge Multi-Academy Trust is a vibrant, aspirational and inclusive multi-academy trust of eight special schools and two specialist post-16 provisions across Oldham, Tameside and Rochdale. We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organised HR Assistant to join our welcoming central HR team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys working with people, and wants to make a real difference in a meaningful sector.

The successful candidate will:

Support the recruitment process from start to finish
Keep our employee records accurate and up to date using our HR system and online personal files.
Assist with onboarding and induction for new starters, ensuring we adhere to safer recruitment guidelines
Help with HR administration tasks including contracts, letters, and payroll changes.
Being a friendly and helpful point of contact for staff and managers across our schools, providing routine HR advice and guidance
Have a positive and proactive attitude someone who is eager to learn and willing to get stuck in.
Have great attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Be a confident communicator with a warm, approachable style.
