Job Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Consistently recruiting Food industry and office Staff.
Maintaining a smooth on boarding process
Training, counselling and coaching of staff
Carrying out necessary administrative duties
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Creating clear and concise reports
Nurture a positive working environment
Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
Experience in creating and managing HR policies and personnel management
Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Experience with HR software and databases is a plus

Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in human resources management or equivalent
Minimum 3 years experience in human resources or related field
Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
