We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Apprentice to support HR operations. This apprenticeship is designed for individuals who are keen to build a career in Human Resources, particularly in managing field sales teams in the pharmaceutical industry. The apprentice will work closely with the HRBP and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, compliance, field force engagement, and performance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Onboarding
• Assist in sourcing, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews for front-line sales roles (MRs, ABMs, RBMs).
• Facilitate joining formalities and onboarding process, especially for field hires.
2. Field HR Operations
• Track attendance, leaves, and manpower movements of the field force.
• Help maintain data accuracy in HRIS systems.
• Support in employee lifecycle documentation: confirmation, transfers, exits.
Key Skills Competencies:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Fluent in English and Hindi
Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR / MBA in HR / Diploma in HR
• Prior internship experience in HR preferred, but not mandatory
• Interest in field HR or sales-force HR operations
