Job Description

Do you have experience providing administrative and operational support in human resources and want to grow and develop new skills? This position is for you! The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for an HR Advisor to join our HR team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada). In this role, you will be part of the HR Business Partners team (HRBP) where the team organization promotes cross-functional collaboration, mutual support and collective learning. As the role holder, you will provide operational and administrative support to HRBPs on various activities related to HR processes and policies. You will be responsible for updating systems such as Workday and will provide employee support as needed.
