HR Advisor

Location: London - Hybrid Working, 2 days in the office

Salary: £38k + Benefits

Exciting new HR Advisor role in an equally exciting growing organisation where there are great opportunities for development and to join a professional, dynamic HR team. The company has global reach and is a big brand in its sector and growing! This is a great generalist role with some HR projects as well!

The HR Advisor role will be responsible for the whole ‘employee life cycle’ for a defined client group. The incumbent of this role will manage and drive the full HR activity for the client group, which will include Recruitment, Learning Development, Employee Relations, and projects associated with the company’s people objectives.

This HR Advisor role would suit an HR practitioner looking to be autonomous in their new role, and also maybe someone who is looking for a more ‘agile’ working environment where their ‘voice’ will be heard.

Candidates grad/ grad calibre with CIPD, will need to hit the ground running, so need to have significant HR advisory experience gained in a professional customer services orientated environment, preferably with a Global reach, and have exemplary interpersonal, communication and organisational skills to manage the depth and breadth of this role.
