Are you a driven, French-speaking HR Administrator looking to grow your experience in a creative space?

We are working with an iconic Art client who is looking a proactive HR Administrator to support their HR team across the UK, Europe, and APAC regions.

This is a hands-on, varied role where you will be the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, ensuring the smooth and professional running of the HR function. It's a fantastic opportunity to join a great well-known brand in a true generalist role where no two days are the same. You'll have the chance to get involved in a wide range of exciting projects and initiatives.

You will be organised and proactive in identifying areas for improvement. You'll have strong communication skills and take real satisfaction in being supportive and approachable at all times.

The ideal candidate will have:
• A minimum of 1 year's experience in an HR administrative role
• Exposure to the recruitment process, including coordination and onboarding
• Experience handling employee lifecycle administration
• A proactive approach to responding to employee queries
• Strong attention to detail in maintaining accurate employee records across HR systems, including BambooHR
• Communicating in both French and English is essential
