Handling various administrative and clerical responsibilities such as answering phone calls, taking and conveying messages, making appointments, ordering office supplies (Stationaries, Toiletries, Snacks) etc
2. Keeping and maintaining the contacts of Electrician, AC, Internet, (Technician) Laptop etc to have smooth functioning of the office without any hurdle.
3. Coordinating with the housekeeping staff for daily activities.
4. Assisting the HR department.
5. Arranging Friday snacks and Birthday cakes for celebrations.
6. Scheduling inter-departmental meetings, coordinating the time schedules with the employees and other necessities.
7. Handling and managing calendar schedules of management, making copies of required documents for the meetings, making travel arrangements, booking hotels and conference rooms, arranging for audio-video equipment for the meetings.
8. Organizing, Compiling, and Updating company records, Bill documentation.

10. Helping the department heads as and when required under admin scope.
11. Liaisoning with internal and external agencies for smooth administrative functioning.
