We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Manager to oversee end-to-end operations at a fast-growing backpacker hostel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of property operations with complete ownership, ensuring smooth daily functioning, maintaining service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Manage and motivate on-site teams, including housekeeping, front office, and security, conducting regular meetings, trainings, and performance reviews to build a high-performing work culture.
• Vendor Coordination: Handle relationships with external vendors for services like food, housekeeping, and security, ensuring timely, reliable, and high-quality service delivery through effective vendor management.
• Service Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of hospitality by ensuring top-notch housekeeping, food services, and cleanliness, regularly auditing services to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction.
• Guest Experience: Engage with guests to understand and resolve their concerns promptly and professionally, fostering a welcoming atmosphere and delivering memorable experiences.
• Record Keeping Data Management: Maintain checklists, inventory records, and operational logs for transparency and accountability, generating performance reports and providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Maintenance Repairs: Collaborate with maintenance teams to address issues quickly and efficiently, conducting regular property inspections to ensure upkeep and brand consistency.
