Roles Responsibilities :-

Sorting MIS and general database destination wise and handed over to the Call Centre Team , taking the feedback every hour and updating the status accordingly.

Sending MIS reports to respective MIS Customers on a daily basis.

Sharing the reports with the Manager at the end of the day.

Capable to handle Corporate Customer reports and their queries .

Should be well versed in MS Excel.

VLOOKUP

Filter duplicate values / data

Sorting data
