• Experience in MIS, Business, analytics, Eye for Detail and Micro Management.
• Awareness of current web technology and tools (e.g. Search tools, Tracking tools, etc.
• Strong attention to detail; strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills;
• Strong organizing and planning skills with proven ability to multi-task; analysis and problem solving skills; negotiation skills; ability to work with minimal direction and supervision

Providing the informative data to the management with in the timeline. To identify the strength weakness, providing alternative solutions. To streamline implementation of the processes.
Key Responsibilities
(List major responsibilities, that you have, to achieve the key objectives)
• Preparations of all type of MIS (Monthly, weekly daily) submission with in timelines.
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
• Analyze business information to identify process improvement for increasing business efficiency effectiveness.
• Follow-up and collection the data from all the departments timely manner
• Works closely with all HOD's to analyses data provide intelligent reports based on historical and forecasted data.
• Expertise in analyses, planning maintaining data base
• Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency consistency.
• Perform data analyses for generation report on periodic basis.
• Provide strong reporting analytical information support to the management.
• Generate both periodic ad hoc report as needed.
• Analysis KPI's and prepare report explaining key reasons for the variances
