MIS Executive

Job Location : Thane west
Job Type : contract
Skill:
• Should have Good communication skill
• Should have excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint , Word etc)
• Analyse daily tickets and share reports on daily basis
• Follow ups with respective domain team for pending tickets
• Daily Tickets review and mention reason of breached tickets
• Prepare Weekly and Monthly MIS report and submit
• Daily tracker with updates on open points highlighted by customer
• Ensure to maintain asset inventory with addition , deletion and proper required details and update in CMDB.
• Ensure that all required reports to be published on daily basis
• Coordination with respective domain team members and customer.
