Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Export Sales Manager to lead our international sales operations. This individual will be responsible for identifying global market opportunities, building strong international client relationships, and managing the end-to-end export sales cycle. The ideal candidate will bring industry expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for textiles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the export sales strategy in line with company goals.
• Identify and pursue new international markets for fabric products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts for international deals.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Attend international trade fairs and exhibitions to promote brand visibility.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences abroad.
• Monitor sales performance and report on targets and growth metrics.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the textile or fabric industry
• Strong understanding of global trade practices and documentation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in international business tools and CRM software
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
