Job description
Location: Ahmedabad Office
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, +:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Roles and Responsibilities1. Lead Generation
• Drive targeted campaigns to generate a minimum of 1,000 leads per month with at least 60% lead quality.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead transfer and conversion tracking.
• Regularly evaluate and optimize lead generation channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
2. Digital Strategy Execution
• Plan, implement, and manage all digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and performance marketing.
• Ensure brand visibility and positioning across platforms.
3. Brand Management
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms (website, social media, email, offline).
• Lead content planning for promotions, campaigns, events, and brand partnerships.
4. Online Presence Content Oversight
• Oversee all content that goes online — posts, videos, reels, blogs, newsletters, and website updates.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and video editors to ensure brand consistency.
5. Analytics Reporting
• Track and report campaign ROI, CPL (Cost per Lead), and other key metrics.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and CRM dashboards to analyze traffic, engagement, and conversions.
6. Website SEO Management
• Monitor website performance, page speed, bounce rate, and visitor behavior.
• Coordinate with developers/designers to improve SEO, mobile responsiveness, and user experience.
7. Social Media Management
• Grow and manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube presence.
• Increase followers, engagement rate, and reach organically and through paid efforts.
8. Ad Budgeting ROI
• Prepare monthly and quarterly ad budgets for different platforms.
• Track performance and make data-driven decisions to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

• Manage and guide the in-house marketing team — content writers, graphic designers, interns, and freelancers.
• Delegate tasks, conduct performance reviews, and build team efficiency.
10. Campaign Planning Execution
• Plan and launch campaign calendars around admissions, seminars, events, webinars, and global education seasons.
• Align campaign strategy with internal teams (sales, operations, academics).
