Whizz HR is on a look out for Group Head Media to work with an award winning brand.

Key Responsibilities: Media Strategy Planning:

- Develop data-driven media plans aligned with clients' objectives.

- Define audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and budget allocation.

Campaign Execution Optimization:

- Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).

- Ensure delivery against KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and CPA.

- Conduct A/B tests to improve campaign performance and ad creatives.

Analytics Reporting:

- Utilize GA4 for comprehensive campaign tracking and insights.

- Generate detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations for clients.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with internal teams to align messaging and campaign objectives.

- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and insights regularly.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in media buying, planning, and strategy.

- 8+years of hands-on experience managing Google and Meta ad campaigns.

- Proven expertise in media planning, strategy, and execution.

- Strong proficiency with GA4 for campaign tracking, analysis, and reporting.

- Familiarity with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.

- Ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
