Responsibilities:

● Teach children from the age group of 4 to 14 online.

● Ensure that students enjoy the course!

● Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals.

● Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement.

● Conduct Demo Sessions with students and ensure conversions.

● Conduct group and private lessons as required.

● Provide a fun and creative environment.

Qualifications / Experience required:

● B.E./M.E./M.C.A. /B.C.A. /BSc (CS/IT) /MSc. (CS/IT)/Diploma (CS/IT)

● Well versed with Scratch Jr., Scratch, Python, HTML, CSS, Java script

● Relevant working experience (3+ years)

● Strong subject knowledge.

● Experience in teaching Arts.

● Relevant teaching experience (minimum 06 months)

● Experience in the usage of technology in education would be a plus!

Skills Required:

● Good English Communication Skills.

● Must have experience in online teaching.

● Must have a Laptop/Desktop with fully functional camera setup.

● Must have access to strong internet services (Wi-Fi not mobile Hotspot) and reliable power backup source.

● Comfortable in teaching children.

● Should be available for teaching 6 days a week.

● Engages students in learning

● Passion for making learning fun!

● Should be comfortable working in US/UAE time shift(s).

Salary Offered:

Per session based with minimum guarantee

Salary structure for (3 AM - 7 AM)

- 1-25 Sessions : Rs. 200/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo
- 25-60 Sessions: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo
- 61- 80 Sessions: Rs. 300/- per session + Rs.150/- per demo
- 81 above Session: Rs. 350/- per session + Rs. 175/- per demo

Further, there will be minimum guarantee amount as follows:

Rs: 6000/- for the 1st Month;

Rs 12000/- for the 2nd month
