Location: Remote (Based in Delhi, India)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Leisure Groups Sales Executive to join our international sales team. In this role, you will focus on generating and converting group bookings for our UK properties, targeting travel agencies, tour operators, and leisure group organizers. Your efforts will directly contribute to our revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Revenue Generation: Collaborate with the Senior Sales Manager to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for leisure group bookings.
• Lead Conversion: Manage inbound inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings, meeting or exceeding conversion rate goals.
• Client Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat clients to enhance retention rates.
• Market Expansion: Identify and secure new leisure group business opportunities to broaden our market presence.
• Booking Accuracy: Ensure all reservations and contracts are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high client satisfaction ratings through exceptional service and support.
• Collaboration Networking: Work closely with hotel teams and external partners to maximize sales opportunities.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality sales, preferably within the leisure or group travel sector.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
