Strategic, business, and functional planning and delivery;
Commercial leadership of all of WF’s global businesses (NZ, US, UK and Australia), with a particular operational emphasis;
Ultimate responsibility, in partnership with CMO, for local and global marketing positioning including new product development, branding, pricing, initiatives / campaigns management, online activities, market research and analysis;
Establish appropriate channel optimisation strategy for the Group between wholesale, retail stores and e-commerce
Inspire, manage and optimise a high performing senior executive team, encouraging collaboration across global markets
Driving revenue and EBITDA growth for the business in all existing markets, as well as looking at potential to expand into new markets
