Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Sales Executive based in Pune. The Franchise Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential franchise partners, conducting market research, and developing sales strategies. The role includes leading sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing ongoing support to franchisees to ensure successful operations. Regular reporting and collaboration with the team will be a key part of day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications
• Franchise Relationships, Franchise Development, and Contract Negotiation skills
• Market Research and Sales Strategy Development skills
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in sales or business development is a plus
