Responsibilities Handle overall quality control activities in the plant Ensure implementation of HACCP, ISO, GMP & GHP practices Manage internal and external audits Maintain quality documentation and reports
Monitor raw material, in-process, and finished product quality Coordinate with production team for quality compliance Handle corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Supervise raw material, in-process, and finished goods inspection/testing.
Monitor product quality consistency and specification compliance. Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of testing equipment. Analyze quality reports and recommend improvements. Supervise QC staff and hygiene practices
Required Skills Solid knowledge of HACCP & ISO systems Experience in food industry quality operations Audit handling and documentation knowledge Good team handling and coordination skills
Qualification B.Sc / M.Sc Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field preferred.
Preferred Industry Experience Someone from biscuit manufcaturing is preferred FMCG Food Manufacturing
