We have an opening for HR Executive in Our Corporate Office.

Qualification: MBA

Experience: 0 to 1 years’ experience in Recruitment.

Timings: 10.00am to 6.00pm

Salary: 13k to 15k.

Job Description:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various job openings
• Source and screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the job requirements
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for the job
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process
• Use various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networking sites to attract potential candidates
• Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Manage the recruitment database and keep accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities
• Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote our employer brand and attract potential candidates

Required qualifications
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Proficiency in MS Office and other recruitment tools/software
