We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Factory Manager for our Biscuit Production Plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire plant's operations, ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and managing a team to meet production targets. The Factory Manager will play a crucial role in improving plant operations, reducing costs, and ensuring the safe and timely production of high-quality biscuits.Key Responsibilities :
Production Management :
Supervise and oversee daily production activities in the biscuit plant.Monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of production orders.Ensure efficient use of resources (manpower, equipment, and raw materials) to maximize output.2.Quality Control Compliance :
Ensure all products meet quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements.Implement and enforce food safety standards (HACCP, GMP) across the plant.Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.3.Team Leadership :
Lead, manage, and motivate the production team (supervisors, operators, and support staff).Conduct training and development programs to improve team efficiency and skills.Handle staffing requirements, including recruitment, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions.Operational Efficiency :
Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.Monitor plant performance and recommend solutions for bottlenecks, downtime, or production delays.Develop and maintain KPIs to track production output, downtime, and cost control.5.Maintenance Equipment Management :
Oversee plant equipment maintenance schedules to ensure operational efficiency.Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Ensure proper inventory management of spare parts and raw materials.6.Health Safety :
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.Implement and monitor safety protocols and conduct regular safety drills and training.Address and resolve any safety or environmental issues in a timely manner.7.Cost Control Budgeting :
Manage plant budgets, including raw material procurement, labor costs, and operational expenses.Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high production standards.Prepare and submit regular reports on cost analysis and financial performance.8.Reporting Documentation :
Maintain accurate production records, including inventory, output, and quality control data.Prepare and present weekly/monthly production reports to senior management.Track and analyze production metrics to propose improvements.Qualifications Requirements :
Educational Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field. .Skills :
