Expert Human Capital Management Developer

This position focuses on developing and implementing ABAP code for Human Capital Management (HCM) and HANA modules.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop high-quality ABAP code to enhance business processes in HCM and HANA modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and execute Agile development methodologies.
• Design and develop HR-related applications using ABAP, including forms, ALV reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
• Utilize knowledge of HR Large Database (HR LDB), object-oriented programming, and ABAP development workbench to create efficient and effective solutions.
• Prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a self-motivated work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain awareness of relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to quality policies at all times.

What You'll Bring:
• Strong background in ABAP development, HR workflows, and OData enhancements.
• Experience with HR LDB, OO programming, and ABAP development workbench.
