Expert Engineer - Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
Job Description
Expert Engineer- MBSE Function Research & Development - Jaipur Pay Band M3 to M5 Role Expert Engineer A purpose driven role for you Create and integrate core automotive subsystems, including suspension, braking, internal combustion engines, and EV powertrains. His mission is to build functional synergy across these systems, developing the logic necessary to ensure peak performance and efficiency. Utilizing physics-based modeling, you will predict system behavior, efficiency, and thermal health well in advance of physical prototyping. Key responsibilities include executing multi-physics solutions, mastering EV thermal management, and performing rigorous correlation with test data to ensure digital accuracy matches real-world results. A Day in the life Model Development: Conceptualization of ideas into vehicle architecture: Create, validate, and maintain complex 1D-plant models for automotive subsystems. Integration of various subsystem like Suspension, brakes, engine etc. to form complete vehicle architecture to evaluate cross functional interaction and performance optimization Understand the functions of the component and develop control logic for “software in loop test” logic. Performance analysis; suggest the design improvements to senior leaderships and designers for any design change or approval. Compare simulation results against test bench or vehicle-level data to refine model accuracy and "close the loop" on physics. Academic
